RETURN POLICY
MedSurg Express accepts returns for refund only. We do not accept exchanges.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, contact us at cs@medsurgexpress.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Returns shipped without a valid RA may not be accepted.
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your refund once we receive the returned item.
1. RETURN SHIPPING Shipping instructions will be provided with your Return Authorization.
2. ELIGIBLE ITEMS The following items are not eligible for return: Sale Items, Nutritional items, and Gift Cards. Management reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria set forth in this policy.
3. CONDITION OF ITEMS All returned items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition with original packaging intact and all tags attached. This requirement does not apply to items that arrived damaged.
4. FORM OF REFUND Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
5. RESTOCKING FEE A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from all refunds, except in cases where the item was received damaged, defective, or as a result of a picking or packing error on our part.
6. DAMAGED ITEMS If your item arrived damaged, please email a photo of the damaged product along with your order number to cs@medsurgexpress.com. This will expedite your refund.
